Vroon Offshore Services take delivery of two new Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels

We are pleased to announce that Vroon Offshore Services (VOS) have taken delivery of two new ERRVs. Today "VOS Trader" has been delivered by Damen Shipyards (Stellendam, The Netherlands), the second in a series of four vessels.

Earlier this month "VOS Inspirer" was delivered by Astilleros ( Zamakona , Spain ), the fourth in a series of 13 vessels being built for Vroon in Spain .

Following some further tests and trials, both new vessels will be employed in the UK sector of the North Sea .

VOS has a large order book with further newbuildings scheduled for delivery in the period 2008 - 2011.
