Double Naming Ceremony for Vroon Tankers


Korea, June 11th 2007

We are pleased to announce that today we celebrated the namegiving ceremonies of MT Iver Example and MT Iver Express at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in Korea. Both vessels are ultra-modern and safe 46,000 DWT IMO II/III chemical/product tankers, capable of carrying a large variety of oil products and chemical cargoes. The ships will operate under the Iver Ships banner and have been chartered to major oil companies on a long-term basis. The vessels are the fourth and fifth in a series of five tankers that Hyundai Mipo delivers to Vroon in 2007. We wish the masters, officers and crews of both vessels many happy and safe voyages.
